Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns.

Our products are topical and ingestible items, such as oil tinctures and rollers. Once these products leave our facility, they may be opened, used, or exposed to contamination (for example, through direct contact with the mouth or skin). For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on opened or used products.

That said, your satisfaction is important to us. If an issue arises with shipping—such as your order arriving damaged, broken, or defective—we are happy to review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you to find a fair resolution.
